Washington County emergency officials were called to a house fire in the 400 block of Ashley Street in Ashley at approximately 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The incident was part of a busy week for area personnel. Earlier in the week, fire departments responded to several calls on Tuesday, including a major house fire in Richview and a chimney fire in Nashville.
