The Standard introduces a new weekly feature series on Sept. 10
Each week the online publication will spotlight social media posts, reader submissions and original stories. Starting today, “Feel Good Friday” features are a way to honor and recognize the southern Illinois community, its people and the places that call this place home.
Anyone interested in submitting their stories for the Standard is welcome to email thestandard618@gmail.com or leave a comment or message on Facebook.
The series will be in addition to any breaking news that may occur.
