Nashville bested the DuQuoin Lady Indians at home on Thursday, winning 25-10, 25-20 in two sets.
The Hornettes (25-4, 5-3) easily took the first match and was able to stave off several ties in the second to claim the victory.
Senior Hazel Konkel had 5 kills and 7 blocks. Junior Reese Varel added 4 kills and 3 blocks. Senior Emily Schnitker provided 15 assists.
Nashville had a good defensive night as well. Junior Daci Finke provided 17 digs, Konkel had 13, Talanie Kozuszek with 12 and Schnitker with 11.
