Bond has been set at $80,000 for a 20-year-old Centralia man who has been charged in Washington County Court with two felony counts of criminal sexual assault.
Isaak C. Clark has been charged with Class X aggravated criminal assault bodily assault, a Class 1 count of criminal sexual assault force and Class 2 felony count of domestic battery strangle, according to online court records. The records also date the offenses allegedly occurred in August.
A bench warrant was served and Clark was arrested on Oct. 29. Clark pleaded not guilty to all charges on Nov. 2. Public defender Dennis Hatch has been assigned to represent him in the case.
An arraignment was held Tuesday, where Clark pleaded not guilty and waived a formal arraignment. A pretrial date was set for Dec. 12.
