The 43rd Annual Benton Lions All-Star Classic brings the best local high school players for a night back out on the court.
Rend Lake College will host the event on Friday, March 25. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the entry is $5.
Several Washington County players are Nashville’s Emily Schnitker and Alyssa Cole and Okawville’s Raegan Luechtefeld and Sydney Tebbe, who will all be playing on the girls purple team.
For the boys, Nashville will be represented by many of its starters on the gold team — Nolan Heggemeier. Saxton Hoepker, Kolten Gajewski and Isaac Turner. Ethan Riechmann of Okawville will also be a member of that team.
Hornets Head Coach Patrick Weathers and Assistant Coach Brad Weathers will also lead the boys gold team.
